Welcome to Capstone Tax & Financial, where you'll find a wealth of helpful information regarding taxes and making investment decisions.
I'm Dennis Michalak and I founded Capstone Tax & Financial. When our tax firm started, it quickly became clear that many of our tax clients were suffering from poor investment advice. I decided to pair tax services with investment services and became an Investment Advisor in 1987 through HD Vest Investment ServicesSM. In 2004 Gordon Doody joined the firm with a unique perspective from his years in the airline industry. My son, Christopher Michalak joined the business two years later. Anne and Jennifer have also been with us for over a decade. Today we continue to provide unique and customized solutions that are essential in our complicated world. And many of our clients have been with us since the beginning.
